• Information you provide when corresponding with us about quotations, tenders, site visits or contracts.
• Technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website, such as network requests, IP addresses, browser details and security logs, handled by our hosting provider.
• Aggregated website usage and performance statistics, such as page views, referrers and browser or device categories.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in the general enquiry form unless it is genuinely needed to explain your request.

3. Why we use it and our lawful bases

• Business enquiries: respond to messages, assess requirements and discuss potential contracts. We generally rely on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or steps requested before entering a contract where applicable.
• Providing services: manage quotations and any resulting business relationship, including where processing is necessary for a contract.
• Security and website operation: protect against misuse, investigate technical issues and maintain a reliable service, based on legitimate interests and any applicable legal duties.
• Website improvement: review aggregate, privacy-focused analytics and performance measurements to improve the site.

We do not use the website enquiry form to enrol visitors in a marketing mailing list.

4. Our service providers

• Vercel: hosts this website, handles technical requests and provides website analytics and performance insights. See Vercel's privacy notice.
• Resend: processes and delivers website enquiry emails to our business mailbox. See Resend's privacy policy.
• Business email services: store and deliver email correspondence needed to respond to enquiries.
• Google Maps: provides an optional interactive map, which only loads after you select Load Google Map. See Google's privacy policy.
• Iconify: some website icons may be retrieved from an external icon service, which may receive normal connection information such as your IP address.

We do not sell personal information. Relevant details may also be disclosed where needed to comply with the law or protect legal rights. Some suppliers may process information outside the UK; any such processing must comply with applicable international transfer requirements.

5. Cookies, analytics and Google Maps

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate usage and site performance. Vercel states that its Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. The website does not run Google Analytics or advertising trackers in the current implementation.

Optional Google map: the map on our Contact page is not loaded automatically. When you choose Load Google Map, your browser connects directly to Google, which may process network data and use its own cookies or similar technologies. You can use the published address without loading the map. Selecting Hide Google Mapremoves the embedded map, but cannot remove cookies already placed by Google; use your browser's cookie controls for that.

Selecting Get Directions opens Google's website in a separate tab, where Google's own privacy and cookie practices apply. Technical and security-related cookies may be set by infrastructure providers where necessary. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including deleting any previously stored cookies.

6. How long we retain information

Enquiry and correspondence information is kept while we consider or respond to a request, and for as long as reasonably needed to manage a resulting business relationship, maintain relevant records, handle disputes or comply with legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether it leads to a contract. Technical logs and analytics are retained according to relevant provider settings and service arrangements.
